My 8 Week Reset Phase Results
Another 8 Week Reset Phase (Mini-Cut) complete!

The goal for this phase was to reset the body, drop some body fat and keep the muscle all within a short timeframe.
Overall, it’s been a solid 8 weeks and I’m happy with the result.
My appetite’s reset, my body’s fully rested and recovered (thanks to last week’s deload) and most importantly, I’m fired up to start another 16 Week Muscle-Building Phase (running until Feb 2nd).
