Refund policy

ALL SERVICES (BEE MUSCLE COACHING, BEE MUSCLE GAMES, OTHER SERVICES/PROGRAMMES):

All payments made to Bee Muscle are strictly non-refundable. This includes payments for monthly subscriptions to the Bee Muscle Games, enrolment in Bee Muscle Coaching programmes (regardless of whether payment is made upfront, in split instalments or through a monthly payment plan), as well as any separate programmes, services or digital products offered by Bee Muscle. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, failure to use the service, scheduling conflicts or dissatisfaction with results. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

CANCELLING YOUR BEE MUSCLE COACHING PROGRAMME:

The Bee Muscle Coaching by Luke Melville is under no contract and can be cancelled at any time. To stop your coaching, please email info@beemuscle.com and Luke will do this straight away for you. Cancelling your programme does not entitle you to a refund. All payments made are non-refundable.

CANCELLING YOUR BEE MUSCLE GAMES SUBSCRIPTION:

The Bee Muscle Games is under no contract and can be cancelled at any time. To stop your subscription, please email info@beemuscle.com and Luke will do this straight away for you. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund. All payments made are non-refundable.

GYM WEAR:

All gym wear / clothing items are unique and produced only once ordered. Because these are custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, colour, or don’t like the product.

Correct sizing must be chosen on purchase as return requests for sizing choice errors are not looked upon favourably. Size charts are provided for every clothing item.

We will only accept returns for damaged goods. Goods may be accepted for return within 14 days from shipping, providing they are returned at the buyer's expense.

To return an item please email info@beemuscle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Bee Muscle does NOT provide return delivery costs. When returning an item, please use a carrier that provides tracking. Tracking lets us know the item is on its way and allows you (the customer) to see the progress of the return.
